      <description><![CDATA[I take all of these. Beta Alanine I take with Creatine in the morning before workout. I sometimes mix in B vitamins, but maybe I shouldn't it would be too much. Beta Alanine is an amino acid that maintains muscle strength and endurance. I take it before exercise, but I will try it post-workout to compare. Beta-alanine also increases the benefits of creatine, so that's a plus. I also take Creatine before a workout. L Carnitine, I also have, but never know when to take it. I take L Glutamine afterwards alongside BCAA's. Later on, I take Lysine with Calcium/Magnesium. I also have Taurine on other days since I am vegetarian.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I've never really put much thought into post workout supplements especially because a lot of what is on the market is acidic and fruit flavored. I was so happy to find your section on post workout supplements here! For some reason, while I do workout regularly (eg every single day, haha!) I never considered the idea of taking an unflavored single or combo ingredient supplement to support my body's recovery after excercise. I think that beta alanine plus creatine makes a lot of sense and I apperciate you once again teaching me something new! :)]]></description>
