      <description><![CDATA[I was well aware of the amazing antioxidant powerhouse amla. But, I did not know that amla as a supplement (while not tested in pregnant and lactating women) has no known side effects: add that to the benefit! Also, I did not know that amla is best taken in divided doses but this makes sense: I'll mentally group it with the likes of B12 and calcium, which also are to be taken multiple times daily to enhance absorption. Finally, I did not know that amla was a chywanprash herb until reading your articles so thank you for teaching me this too! :)]]></description>
