      <description><![CDATA[Antioxidants are so important. I love having a variety of different fresh foods to help ensure I got all my antioxidants, but sometimes it just isn’t as easy to get them in your diet as you want so this is a really great article that breaks down exactly what antioxidants do which and how they are all beneficial and it is also a great reminder to know that fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables still provide nutrition so that is a great way to buy nutritious foods without worrying about it. Going bad if you can’t eat it fast enough because it lasts so long in the freezer and it’s still very nutritious so that is also a really great tip thank you so much for sharing!]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I have a large collection of Antioxidants, but I am always open to learning more. I take Glutathione and ECGC as well as Grape Seed, Moringa, Kelp and many others. I usually don't add heat to these or add them in teas, I take them with citrus juice or in a citrus based smoothie with lemons. I don't eat enough raw fruits as there is too much of a quality issue all the time. It's so hard to find decent pieces of fruit, I just gave up. Looking into Acai berry now, seems to be the highest. I already take Green tea capsules, so consuming matcha alongside that maybe overkill, not sure. Matcha and Acai seem to the best options. I already consume frozen blueberries in daily smoothies.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Awesome antioxidants A to Z guide. I particularly appreciate the mini ORAC guide at the end: I didn't realize how very potent acai was. And, goji berries are impressive too: is the ORAC you have posted for them dry or fresh? If dry it is very impressive that they might eclipse acai. And, I wonder where dates fall, relative to apples and bananas? Matcha was the most surprising for me: I  did not know it beat out blueberry, acai, and goi!! As a matcha fan I am so glad that my favorite tea is not only delicious, naturally energizing and refreshing but also has lots of benefits for my health too :)]]></description>

Indeed, most people don't consume enough fruits and vegetables, let alone ones with a high antioxidant profile. Supplements rich in antioxidants are convenient, potent and can also be cheaper because a lot of antioxidant rich foods are imported and either hard go find fresh or expensive.       <description><![CDATA[Antioxidants are great! Unfortunately it appears that I do not get enough of them! They did recommend getting at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily, which is way below what I am getting right now, if I'm lucky I eat 1 fruit a day! It's comforting to know that I can supplement however to make up for this. I liked that the article provided me with a list of supplements that I can use. Great article, thanks!]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I love learning about antioxidants and I truly find it so fascinating how they interact with free radicals to give them an electron to help neutralize them! I remember learning this in school and thinking it was the coolest thing, they are so helpful! I love how we can find a variety of natural sources for antioxidants and supplements too, which is great! I didn't know that some foods had Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) levels - that is so cool and great to keep in mind!]]></description>
