      <description><![CDATA[I didn't know that barley grass is approximately 45% protein: that's pretty wild (to put it in perspective, I have read that he protein content of typically ranges from 15 and 35%, depending on water and fat content, so it looks like the plant-based barley grass is even coming out ahead of meat!!). I wonder how wheat grass (which I love and typicallave nightly) compares to barley grass in terms of both its protein content and the amino acid compostion of its protein]]></description>
