1) I know it is random, but I really like Karlene's shirt in the video-cute tie :)
2) While I knew that bee propolis had antibacterial properties given its marketing in supplements and me deciding to research further, but I did not know that it is a plant resin from coniferous trees that is collected by bees for use in building their hive: thank you for teaching me this!
3) I didn't know that bee propolis can be used for mouthwash: awesome given the antibacterial effects!!

Hello Jace,

Bee Propolis and even some manuka honey's have exceptional healing benefits both when used topically and when ingested (if food grade). They have antioxidant, anti bacterial and anti microbial and fungal properties, making them an exceptional supplement or skin care aid to have. Since you enjoy bee supplements, check out our article on royal jelly as well.

I like everything bees !! Bee propolis has so many properties and benefits for our health. There are so many ways to use it. I discovered a balm made of bee propolis and other stuff (like rose water and other natural ingredients). I do use this balm on every wound I have, or even that my cat has and it really helps to heal the wounds or stop insects bites to itch. It also protects the wound against infections.
