      <description><![CDATA[I knew that black peper, due to piperine, could increase curcumin absorption from tumeric a HUGE amount. However, I did not know that piperine does this for selenium, Vitamin B, Coenzyme Q10 and Beta-carotene also!! I am going to have to add black pepper to more of my foods. I can imagine a sprinkle of black pepper and a light drizzle olive oil being an excellent way to get the most out of carrots :) Thank you for inspiring me with this article, NN!!]]></description>
