      <description><![CDATA[It's good to know that borage seed oil is what you want if you want tons of GLA, with significantly higher concentration of GLA than other GLA supplements. I appreciate your note to consumers to make sure that a chosen borage supplement is not processed with heat because to avoid damaged acids and creates free radicals. It's ironic that consuming a heat-processed borage oil with damaged fats turned trans-fatty acids could have the opposite effect as intended: eg instead of promoting cardiovascular health, it could contribute to driving heart disease!

      <description><![CDATA[I didn't know that borage oil was so beneficial, particularly of interest to me was how it can help with arthritis, hormone regulation and PMS symptoms. I have been looking for a natural supplement to help with PMS symptoms so will definitely be trying this to see if it helps at all. I am also interested to see how it will help with arthritis. Any suggestions on how long you should be taking this for to see any improvements?]]></description>
