      <description><![CDATA[Wow! I did not realize that coconut oil was so amazing. I knew about the potential benefits for Alzhiemer's disease, is highly heat stable, and good for the skin, but I did not know several other facts such as that 1) lauric acid is converted to monolaurin in the body, an MCFA that is otherwise only naturally found in breast milk,  2) lauric acid has been shown to destroy lipid-coated viruses, such as HIV, CMV, herpes, and influenza, as well as bacteria and 3) coconut oil may be effective in helping relieve gallstones or prevent gallstones. I also have used coconut oil for my skin and to remove makeup and it works fantastically well! I also love adding coconut oil while cooking or baking as it adds some flavour and healthy fats. It is great in moderation and can be used in so many amazing ways. It is so cool knowing that it has so many health benefits and offers good support in so many ways.]]></description>

  Coconut oil is a nice replacement to many oils and can withstand high temperatures for cooking.
