      <description><![CDATA[I love coconut water. Unlike sugery, artificial hydration drinks such as traditional Gatorade, coconut water includes only natural sugars and minerals for healthy hydration. I did not know that an adult could sweat 10-14 litres per day. I always drink more than 10 cups of water per day and this factoid makes me even happier that I am so committed to hydration. Also, this article makes me want to pick up a green coconut and try cracking it for coconut water myself-refreshing! :)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Coconut water has become my new best friend with my water.  Coconut water supercharges my water to become a refreshing and energizing beverage.  Coconut water adds electrolytes to my water, especially on hot days and intensive exercise sessions.  Most stores and supermarkets carry good brands and it is only a matter of finding one that fit my taste buds.  After drinking diluted coconut water, I find that I am not a dehydrated than when I forget to drink it.  I am definitely a big fan!]]></description>
