      <description><![CDATA[I take Co-Enzyme Q10 as I get older since the body produces less of it. It likes Vitamin E, Vitamin C, so I mix COQ10 with lemon, nuts, seeds in a smoothie. It goes well with Matcha, too. I can take it as a shot with Glutathione or Resveratrol, both work well with COQ10. It's anti aging benefits are especially important to me as I am interested in reducing aging effects as much as possible. Looking for the most practical ways to do that. Also, interested in whatever strengthens the heart.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Wow! It is really striking how much CoQ 10 decreases with aging: the fact that in our 60s our CoQ10 levels are only about 10% of what they were when we were in our 30s makes a strong statement. CoQ 10, as you excellently explain, is important for cardiovascular health, LDL levels/cholesterol homeostasis, healthy aging trajectory, blood pressure, and energy levels. So, I am planning to supplement when I get older...as while I'm in my 20s now, I know that I need to keep giving my body what it needs when it stops producing it to stay doing well :)]]></description>

Also many thanks for providing information about what to avoid with coenzyme Q10 and medications, this was very helpful! Coenzyme Q10 seems to be a miracle supplement!
