      <description><![CDATA[I didn't know that the mushroom adaptogen cordyceps increases oxygen capacity, eg the amount of oxygen that can be carried by our red blood cells. I bet that, in addition to aiding in endurance and stamina as you mention, this is one of the reasons why cordyceps can support the brain/thinking. Also, I never heard of Tibetan Medicine before and will be reading more about it. Thank you for another great article, National Nutrition!]]></description>
