      <description><![CDATA[According to YouGov, corn is the second most popular vegetable in the US, right after potatoes. Corn is often considered not so nutricious so it is great news that everyone can get a little more from this humble veggie by enjoying an often-uneated component of it: the silk. Being rich in vitamins c, k, potassium, antioxidants and anti-inflammatories and having positive effects on the urinary tract and prostate, corn silk sure is a nutritional powerhouse and hopefully more people stop wasting it and start getting the most of what corn has to offer!]]></description>
