      <description><![CDATA[Sulphur stinks. The smell. But, even more so, amino acids that contain sulphur have been linked with increased risk of cardiovascular disease and, in animal models, dietary restriction of sulphurous amino acids has been shown to promote longevity. Egg protein is RICH in sulphur containing amino acids. So, while you note clear anabolic benefits of egg protein, as it seems these benefits come at metabolic health cost, I still don't think of egg protein as a healthy ingredient to consume on the regular.]]></description>
