      <description><![CDATA[This was a great article on elderberry which did a great job touching on elderberry's cold, flu, antioxidant, diuretic, and skin benefits. 

One BIG note, though, which I hope that you add to the article and emphasize is that it is not only, as you note, stems of elder that are poisonous, but ALL PARTS OF Elderberry can be poisonous UNLESS COOKED. It would be great for you to mention this as stories of wellness afficianados accidentally eating (and getting sick from) raw elderberry are more common than they should be]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I had no idea the many anti-flu/cold benefits of elderberry! Why haven't I discovered this amazing berry sooner! I am especially interested in the healing properties of this berry specifically for colds and flu's. It is good to know that the stems are toxic and that they should not be used for too long. This is a great new ingredient that I will add to my "getting over a cold or flu" toolkit. Always looking for natural remedies.]]></description>

 We're glad you tried it, Elderberry is packed with antioxidants and is an excellent immune booster. It's a must have for cold and flu season or to take as immune maintenance all year round. Plus it tastes great, which is a bonus. We're glad you've found protection and relief with this supplement.
