      <description><![CDATA[This article was great! My favorite part of your article was where you explore all of the different ginsengs, including herbs that bear the name "ginseng" for functional purposes although hey are not truly panax (I did not know that Ashwagandha also can be called Indian ginseng, suma Brazilian ginseng and maca Peruvian ginseng). The table at the bottom is great and it was interesting to see that some of the "gingengs" unlike true Chinese ginseng have properties that activate yin and not yang!]]></description>
