Thanks for the insightful feedback on our GCBE article. You make a good point about the 3x daily supplementation schedule potentially limiting the effectiveness of GCBE in bars or snacks. The animal studies do seem promising for metabolism and weight management, but the human research is still limited. It will be interesting to see how the science evolves on this compound.       <description><![CDATA[I appreciate your commitment to keeping to the facts! The preliminary research on GCBE is indeed exciting although the requirment for a 3x daily supplementation schedule means that most bars/snacks including it might not, on their own, be sufficient to have an effect on weight loss, outside of placebo results. I feel that it will be interesting to see the currently limited reearch on GCBE evolve and I like your suggestion to, for those interested in weight loss or using it for weuight maintenence/athletic purposess, take thrice daily before meals as I imagine that this could help with metabolism of the food consumed, as is suggested by the animal research studies.]]></description>
