Hello Rachel,
Awesome, we're glad you found the info on guggulipids helpful for your dad. It's great that there are natural options out there with multiple mechanisms for balancing cholesterol. Sending him the link to this article is a solid move - he'll appreciate you looking out for his health. Definitely a good call to highlight the precautions too, that's important. If your dad gives guggulipids a shot, we hope they work well for him. You can learn more about cholesterol here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdaDj5QKI9o

My father has high cholesterol and is all for more natural solutions to his problems. I bet that he's never heard of guggulipds before but they sound promising, especially confirming that there are a full four mechanisms of action they have in lowering cholesterol namely 1) reducing production in the liver, 2) increasing biliary excretion of cholesterol, 3) increasing thee liver's uptake of LDL cholesterol, 4) incrasing thyroid activity to increase the metabolism of LDL cholesterol.
Thank you for mnetioning precautions in this article too; I like that I can just send the link to this page with my Father and feel good doing this! :)
