      <description><![CDATA[I never heard of Gymnema Sylvestre but it sounds like a really cool herb! The mechanim of blocking sugar absorption in the small intestine is interesting-it makes sense that this would give it a role in both the contexts of weight loss as well as diabetes and prediabetes. I wonder...are there side effects to this herb aside from low blood sugar? This would be some good information to know!]]></description>
