Totally agree, hemp seeds are a great addition to the diet! While they may not be the richest source of healthy fats, they still pack a nutritional punch with those omega-3s and plant-based protein. And you're right, they have a tasty, nutty flavour that makes them perfect for sprinkling on salads or mixing into all sorts of dishes. Gotta love the versatility of these little seeds.       <description><![CDATA[While hulled hemp seeds aren't as rich as plant based healthy fats as other more whole food sources (eg almonds, flax and chia all surpass the meager ~1 gram per serving), hemp seeds are still an amazing source of omega 3 fatty acids as well as a wonderful source of plant-based protein. In my opinion, they are rather delicious too and a wonderful sprinkling for salads :)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[In my opinion, there has never been an easier way to get more high quality nutritional oils into your body than by using hemp seeds.  They're so easy - just throw them on cereal, in yoghurt, in a smoothie, in trail mix, or even just on their own as a snack. Because hempseeds are also high protein and high fiber, you will probably notice that you have more energy.  This is because your blood sugar gets balanced when you take whole food seeds that have highly usable macronutrients. And don't forget the beautiful flavour.  It's not called a "super food" without good reason.]]></description>
