Hello Rachel,
Awesome, we're really glad we could expand your knowledge on hesperidin and its benefits! It's always fun to dive deeper into the science behind these natural compounds. Sounds like you've got a good background in this from your previous learnings with Dr. Gregor. Happy to provide some new insights on the specific sub-types and their effects on cholesterol and triglycerides. Appreciate the kind words, and you can learn more about cholesterol here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlLGImJ0jDI

Ahaha you have brough back some good memories of Dr. Gregor: it is from this vegan pert that I first learned about hesperidin. But, I only knew the basics. Thank you for expanding upon my knowledge; for example, I had no idea that a particular sub-type called glucosyl hesperidin could be really great for the heart with its ability to lower triglyceride levels in people with excessively high levels in their blood AND to slightly lowerthe LDL (“bad”) cholesterol in people with imbalanced cholesterol levels. Another great article, NN! :) Please keep it up
