      <description><![CDATA[It's taken me several years, a degree in Biology from MIT, and several onlin courses in oder for me to come to an understanding of the omega fatty acids...and I still am learning! This is a great article overall and an awesome summary: it would have saved me some confusion a while back :) Also, I really appreciate that you mention that cetain algae are a source of long-chain omega 3 fatty acids: in fact, for sustainability reasons, I think that increasingly algae will be becoming more and more dominant (and affordable) as an omega 3 supplement]]></description>
