NADH is an important B vitamin that shouldn't be overlooked. As you nicely summarize, this B3 form can support neurolofical health via numerous mechanisms, including but not limited to:
1. Production of important neurochemicals and hormones such as dopamine and adrenaline
2. Promoting neurochemical balance
3. Supporting healthy energy and metabolism through antioxidant function
Thank you for this great overview and for being so clear and succinct-as a fan of NADH, I approve :)
(Also, I was unaware of the side effects that could result from high NADH dosage: thank you for illuminating this for me!)

Hello, Lyla: That is a good question. When one of our naturopathic doctors first wrote the NADH article a few years back, NADH was available for sale in Canada. Since then, Health Canada changed its status and for the past little while we have not been able to sell it because of those changes. The purpose of our articles is always first to help our customers educate themselves about the products that they are taking, or considering taking, so we have left it active for our visitors to read. I hope that helps provide the information that you are looking for. Just ask is there's anything else that we can do. :-)
