      <description><![CDATA[Thank you for mentioning the importance of the omega 3 to omega 6 ratio: indeed, many of the omega 6 rich foods such as almonds, hummus, and walnuts are healthy, omega 6 rich foods ought to be consumed alongside an ample amount of omega 3 acids for the body's chemical balance: eg eicosanoids can be pro-inflammatory when produced by omega 6 fatty acids but less so when produced by omega 3 fatty acids.
