      <description><![CDATA[I did not know that ripe foods are most abundant in enzymes that are used for digestion; I just thought that ripe foods contained products derived from the transformation of carbohydrate (eg in the avocado, it is converted to fat while in banana and other fruit varieties, the complex carbohydrate is converted into simple carboydrate). So, thank you for teaching me something new; I am so glad that I always learn something from your articles :) Please keep the good information coming!]]></description>
