      <description><![CDATA[Pea protein is amazing! Being a plant-based BCAA source, it is awesome for athletes who have sustainability in mind. Anyway, one caution/warning that I think it would be a good idea to add to this article is that pea protein can be difficult to digest in the context of IBS and IBD so individuals with these conditions should avoid pea protein (although fermented pea protein, which is easier for the body to process, may be a viable alternative here). Anyway, thank you for featuring this amazing plant-based protein in another one of your great articles :)]]></description>
