      <description><![CDATA[Pectin is an awesome soluble fiber source-and a main reason why fruits are a grat natural solution to constipation! I wonder-how does pectin compare to other soluble fibers for the benefits of flushing cholesterol &amp; excess hormones and lowering blood sugat? Anyway, I never heard of modified citrus pectin and it is interesting to learn about its benefits; I will have to read some of the many research articles about it! Thanks for another great article :)]]></description>
