Wow! Who would have thought that red raspberries (delicious and nutricious-yum & yay) could do so much to support pregnancy. It is interesting that red raspberry strengthens the uterus and regulates muscle activity: I will have to read the primary literature on this because it is quite a remarkable effect. And wow! I'll have to recommend red raspberry for mommies to be!

I have heard a lot about red raspberries being used for women's health, especially red raspberry leaf tea. I have heard that it can increase risk for pre-term labour as well so it was good to see a note there about that and always good to check in with your doctor or health care practitioner when taking new things for pregnancy. I also think I saw it being used for fertility as well and I see that it can be used for hormonal health too! How neat.
