Hello Rachel,
Glad to see you were able to learn something new by reading our article on Sea Buckthorn. It is an amazing nutrient, packed with benefits and is a rich-source of omega 7, an important fatty acid that's less known and more difficult to intake. Thank you for your comment and you can learn more about omega 7 here: https://www.nationalnutrition.ca/articles/supplements/supplement-articles-omega-7/

Have a healthy day.

I knew that Sea buckthorn was a rich source of nutrition but did not know the specifics-in fact, I did not know that sea buckthorn was a plant that grew on land (I thought it was some sort of seaweed or similar-I realized it was a land plant from your description in the intro where you mentioned it-also, the little orange berries of the Seabuckthorn plant are really pretty!) I also did not know that Seabuckthorn is, specifically, an excellent source of fatty acids, including the lesser known omega 7 fatty acids. Thank you for teaching me something new!
