      <description><![CDATA[Wow! Thank you so much for this great article. I did not know that scientists have developed a measure of a protein's ability to be used by the body and, with this in mind, created a scale of bioavailability called biological value (BV), with the value given to a protein source representing the percentage of the absorbed protein that the body actually can use. I was amazede to researching more, find tht soy protein and whey protein have the same BV: remarkable!! Soy is defnitely a super protein and I appreciate you sharing more about it here-I hope more people consider it for body building &amp; general muscle maintenence!]]></description>
