      <description><![CDATA[I thought that the main benefits of cherries were antioxidants and sweetness so it came as a bit of a surprise to me that there were several other benefits which I was not aware of such as a role for treating gout, potential relief for muscle damage, treating gastrointestinal concerns such as diarrhea, and cold treatment. This gives me an excuse to enjoy cherries more often. Seriously, though, this was an interesting article that taught me several new things about black cherry, expanding my knowledge of this fabulous fruit: thank you for another good article and I look forward to learning more from you! :)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I never knew a thing about black cherries except they are good to eat.  By reading this article I learned a great deal more!  Like Do Not eat the leaves, they contain a chemical that is converted to a form of Cyanide and is very toxic.   These articles are a must go to, read for everyone, and what I like is that the articles are all contained on one site, and I don't have to search the internet to find the same information.]]></description>
