      <description><![CDATA[Hmmm...I am always on the search for the latest and greatest natural foods and yet I have yet to find camu camu supplemented foods/drinks and have yet to see camu camu fruit in the specialty produce aisle. Maybe I haven't known what to look for or missed it somehow? Is camu camu difficult to transport or not economical? Or not so tasty? I am wondering because given it is such an amazing Vitamin C source, I would think that its extract or components at the least would make it into some natural foods/drinks here!]]></description>

Most people believe oranges provide the most vitamin c but in fact, other sources often do such as Camu Camu and even a small-medium cauliflower! However, in order to reap these benefits, your body must be able to properly absorb nutrients from the food you eat.       <description><![CDATA[I love that this is a natural source of vitamin C! And that it contains such a high concentration of it as well. I always prefer getting my vitamin c from foods but to date I had always thought oranges were the best source for vitamin c, glad to hear that camu camu also has a great deal of vitamin c, actually even more than oranges! This will make getting food based vitamin c much easier as they don't have orange supplements as far as I know! :P]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[We have been using Camu Camu powder for awhile and this article reinforces what we knew, and more!

It was interesting to learn more more about Camu Camu, and that it can potentially help inflammation.

Have been taking it to fight off colds and flu due to high amount of concentrated Vitamin C.  

We add Camu Camu powder to sparkling water.  Will try using it in a smoothie or with a splash of lemon juice, as Dr. Oz recommends!

This article also reminded me that we forgot to take our daily dose of Camu Camu, thanks!]]></description>
