      <description><![CDATA[National Nutritional, I sure am grateful that cilantro doesn't taste like soap to me because this versitile herb is as delcious as it is nutricious.  I'm glad to know that my joyful, libral sprinkling on cilantro on my foods can have numerous benefits for my health, including:
1. Reducing cholesterol and triglyceride levels
2. Enhancing liver function
3. Chelating heavy metals
4. Improving digestion
5. Providing antioxidants and vitamin C
6. Detoxification
7. Helping my meal-prepped lunches last until Friday via its  antibacterial effects ;)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Cilantro and parsley to me seem like the same plant (although I know they are not). I used to hate them both but now I am in my middle-age, I am liking them. I guess liking cilantro or parsley is a sign of ageing -lol. I love to put tons of cilantro along with grated pumpkins/ sweet potato/ butternut squash, add an egg, flour and panko. Then shallow-fried until it become crispy. So yum and you sure will enjoy cilantro from now on.]]></description>
