      <description><![CDATA[It's been a long time since I used epsom salt. I didn't know that epsom salt, specifically is comprised of magnesium and sulfate. And, I didn't know the fun fact that epsom salts are actually named after a saline spring in Epsom, England, which provides a natural source of magnesium sulfate. I knew about epsom salts as both a bath salt and specifically for feet but I did not know that the salts make a great compress that can be used for treating bug bites, stings from bees and wasps, freshly removed splinters, and poison ivy. I think I have epsom salt laying around somewhere and will have to put it to this use the next time I am in need! :)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Hello Roger, 
  Epsom salts are great to add to baths or foot soaks to help tired feet or legs and soothe sore muscles. Adding essential oils like lavender, peppermint or eucalyptus help alleviate sore muscles or pain and lavender is great to use before bed. And citrus oils are great to add to invigorate the skin and provide an energizing effect.

      <description><![CDATA[I have been using Epsom salts for years in a bath and absolutely love doing it as it relaxes me, my muscles and my whole body. For me, it is a very therapeutic ritual that I do about three times a week. Sometimes, I have used essential oils to enhance the effects e.g. lavender. I have yet to use it internally but it does work externally through the skin, so I am happy with the result.]]></description>

Epsom Salts are a great way to level up your bath and not only make it a more relaxing time, but one that supports your health too as you've learned. Adding lavender or eucalyptus essential oils to your bath with salts will also help elevate the effects and leave you feeling relaxed.

      <description><![CDATA[Epsom Salts is a great remedy for sore muscles and painful joints  that I have been using for many years in my bath. Not only does it provide magnesium to your body but also helps alleviate soreness. I use it especially after an earlier workout or even when my body is aching. I use 1 cup of epsom salt in my bath. Great relief from pain.]]></description>
