      <description><![CDATA[Bulking up doesn't mean lots of junk and getting lean muscle doesn't mean restriction and diet foods. I love this article: it is a fun topic and I bet I would have enjoyed it even more if I was a fan of football. And, as a lant-based eater myself, I am so happy that you include a paragraph about the vegan diet in building a body fit for football playing: it's a great tip to look for a balanced protein blend, for nutritional completeness. Another tip that is especially relevant for plant-based proteins (though it also holds for animal-based ones) is to opt for a fermented protein if possible as this makes the protein both easier to digest and more absorbable!]]></description>

Since athletes require so much energy to expend during workouts, practice, and games, they require a great diet to keep up with their active lifestyle. It is so cool to see how many different diets can help them accomplish their optimal performance strength as well as finding that perfect balance between rest and activity.
