      <description><![CDATA[Fish are full of healthy fats...but also toxins. And as our oceans become inceasingly polluted and people become increasingly aware of the toxin load of seafood, other options increase in demand. As you mention, fish oil pills are one alternative. Another even better alternative, which also protects the ocean ecosystems, is microalgae which is the source of omega 3 that the fish themselves rely on and which provides a huge carbon sink too!]]></description>
