      <description><![CDATA[The Principal Investigator of my lab, Peter Turnbaugh, is actually an alumni of the Gordon lab and the person who was involved in those core experiments!!!

Also, just to clarify while indeeded this research showed that gut microbiome is heritable t a degree and can contribute to obesity, it is a lot more complicated than Bacteroidetes beat off blubber and firmicutes make you fat! 
Anyway, I will have to take a look at Brenda Watson's book...though I am a bit nervous about what she might claim]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I take probiotics in the form of Balkan-style yogurt. I have 150 mL of it every evening. I just eat the plain kind. At first I found it really sour, but I got used to it and I love it that way now. I don't care for the flavoured kinds anymore. Not only is it delicious, but it really "keeps the mail moving," if you know what I mean. I feel that it improves my overall wellbeing too.]]></description>
