      <description><![CDATA[As you mention, it makes sense that ribose is useful for athletes as an energy source given the fact that ribose is the building block for ATP, and ATP is the primary energy source of all living cells. This was a good read, but (and maybe I missed something here-please point it out if I did): how does ribose function differently from sugar for enrgy and metabolism? I can assume ribose powder might have similar effects to processed sugar and can't see why it would be much healthier than sugar. Clarification/some mention of differences here would be helpful!]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I was interested in the claim that ribose is helpful for fibromyalgia  as i myself have suffered from it for 40 plus years. I'm a senior who also is concerned about heart health. It reports that we cannot obtain from food therefore would be a good addition to my supplements.]]></description>
