The Small Flower Hairy Willow Herb works on shrinking my prostate but is best consumed in small amounts: I'm a sensitive person so I'd know about the side effects of this flower: it's the 1st product I bought to counter act my aging prostate and I didn't realize it would work so well. Zinc also works but I'm too sensitive so I can't take zinc regularly as I get headaches. I took some of the small flower hairy willow herb/flower as I had awoken in the middle of the nite and stayed up for around 4 hours and didn't think how this would affect me the next day: all I drank was 1 cup of this concoction boiled in water and had to take a 3 hour nap the next day. It works bests for me as it ticks off all the bells if U read the effects and what it is used for above. Feeling so grateful for God's Healing Herb/Flower. Go Now!!!

Hello David,
Thank you for your question, we're glad you enjoyed reading out article. Although there isn't a known standard dosage for small flowered willow, you can follow the manufacturer's directions on the product label or when consuming as a tea – 1 Tsp of the herb per cup of boiled water per day. Lastly, speaking to your healthcare practitioner would be recommended.

Stay healthy & well.

I had never heard of small flowered willow before this article. It sounds very pretty, with delicate pink flowers, and I appreciate you providing a picture in the video. I think it is cool how many relatively obscure herbs and natural agents can be effectively used in the context of therapy and I really hope that more research is done on this flower! The mechanism of action is interesting, with it working as a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor, and thus preventing testosterone from being converted to dihydrotestosterone, a strong, stimulating form of the hormone that can promote prostate enlargement or cancer when it is too high. I wonder if this flower has less side effcts than saw palmento because I think it could potentially be a better option if this is the case!!

Hello Marie-France,
Thank you for your question. Indeed, the small-flowered willow (Epilobium parviflorum) is used as a prostate tonic and use it for all disorders of the prostate, including prostatitis, BPH (enlargement of the prostate) and to support optimal cell growth in the prostate. It is also used for women suffering from urinary tract infections because it has a cleansing and antimicrobial action on the genitourinary system. You can contact our customer care team to see if there's any way they can special order this product for you.

Hello Amaku,

We're sorry to hear about your father. We would suggest looking at a local natural health food store to see if they carry this supplement or can order it in for you. We generally ship internationally, but due to current circumstances we aren't able to at this time. Wishing you the best.

Have a healthy day!
