      <description><![CDATA[Wow! Tribulus is sure interesting (and mysterious). I am curious if the human gut microbiome has something to do with the mechanism of action for elevating testosterone levels: the microbiome can return inactivated sex steroid hormones back into circulation (thus raising serum levels of these hormones) and can also metabolize plant-derived steroids/steroid-like compounds in order to create sex hormones or hormone analogs. Perhaps there is a direct xenobiotic....Whatever the mechanism, I find tribulus both interesting &amp; cool looking. Hopefully, there is more research done on this plant!]]></description>
