      <description><![CDATA[I am taking Vitamin B 6 for back pain relating to sciatica which I know is helpful to take. As per this article, there are a lot of foods you can get Vitamin B 6 from however, when you are treating a specific problem, I believe a supplement would help you quicker. Vitamin B 6 helps with other things as well.]]></description>
