    Post-workout snack!

The perfect post workout snack! I was equally shocked and impressed when I found out that this recipe required minimal effort for what it is worth - which is a tasty snack or post workout snack (even can be used as a pre workout snack!) that is jam packed with nutrients, fibers, and vitamins! I was so surprised to find out that this recipe does not require any sort of baking, just simply putting it in the freezer which makes it an easy and convenient snack to make on the go!
