    I love apple pie!

I love apple pie and I am always looking for new ways to spice up my oatmeal. I love having oatmeal in the morning because it’s healthy and it’s filing but when it gets time to make breakfast half the time I cannot be bothered. Overnight oats is a genius idea and I love how it’s apple pie too! There is nothing like homemade apple pie so to be able to have a healthy version for breakfast is a wonderful idea that will get the sweetness of the apples and cinnamon and a natural energy boost too! Great idea I definitely want to try this thank you!

      Hello,

Over night oats are a great breakfast recipe. They're not only nutritious, but with flavours like these, also delicious. They're great for when you know you don't have much time in the morning and if you make them in a mason jar, they're easy to take and eat on the run!

    Love My Overnight Oats

Overnight oats has been my go-to breakfast for years. The basis is oats, ground flax, hemp seed and either oat or almond milk, topped with various fruits, usually pomegranate. Tried various extracts, but found them too strong or bitter; but now that I know there is vanilla powder...just ordered some. Will be giving this recipe a try. Thanks.

      Hello, Barb,

Thank you for sharing your overnight oats recipe, you can never have too many ways to make it! Vanilla powder is a nice addition, as are protein powders too. We just brought on a new brand that's sugar-free, check them out to see if any of those flavours entice you to add to your oats!

    Uncontaminated Oats?

We're at the season!! Love how this recipe is quick, nourishing, simple to prepare and undisputably a classic. One question that I have about this recipe is that "uncontaminated oats" are listed as an ingredient to add but no explination is provided as to what exactly makes the oats "uncontaminated" or how to tell if the oat that you are using are "contaminated." Do you mean glyphosate residue free? Or do you mean free of gluten? Or is there something else that you mean by this?
