Vegan Caesar Dressing

Whose doesn’t enjoy indulging in a creamy Caesar salad every now and again? Sadly, we all know that the best tasting salads seem to be the worst for us, but that’s all about to change. This healthy, vegan, nutty Caesar dressing is the perfect way for you to still enjoy the salad you love, with a new, health inspired great taste!

Ingredients:
1 clove garlic or 1/2 onion | 1/4 cup olive oil | 1/2 cup almond breeze almond milk, or a non-dairy milk of your choice |
1 cup cashews | 1 tablespoon capers | 1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt | 1 tablespoon braggs soy sauce |
Directions
- Using a blender of a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse or blend until creamy and smooth. Tip: if your mixture is too thick, try adding a small amount of water until it gets to your desired consistency.
- Pour over your favourite salad and enjoy!
Make It This Way
Don’t choose between garlic or onion (two key Caesar salad dressing ingredients), instead use a bit of both.
You can substitute hemp, soy or coconut milk for almond milk.

This salad dressing will store in your fridge for up to seven days. Try using it as a dip for raw, cut veggies.
