Dosage
Mix 1 sachet in 1 cup of water or juice. Shake well. If you are a new user, begin with 1/3 of a scoop daily and gradually increase to 1 full scoop over a 3 week period. Take with food.

Spirulina
- Contains a number of co-enzymatic pigments each affiliated with enzymes, co-enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
