Dosage
Adults: Add 1 teaspoon (6 g) to 250 mL of water or juice, once per day or as directed by your health care practitioner. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Avoid taking immediately before bedtime.
Important Information
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; have high blood pressure, immune-compromised condition, abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, hemorrhoids or diarrhea.
