Order Errors
If an item is temporarily unavailable from our suppliers you will be informed promptly by email or telephone.
It doesn't happen very often, but if you find an error in your order, phone us within one week of receiving it and we will correct it as soon as possible.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please phone us ahead of time to obtain your RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization); we cannot process a return without one. A 20% restocking fee may apply. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

If you have found any of the products that you have purchased from nationalnutrition.ca unsatisfactory, please let us know and we will be happy to provide a full refund for you.
