      <description><![CDATA[I knew that most people are recommended to take B vitamins, though I thought that the main reason was focus. I did not think that B vitamins would help adrenals! Also, I thought Vitamin C, as well as the B vitamins, was for mainly a different purpose. It is that, I have that vitamin C is for the immune system. As for licorice I heard it was better than most candy and maybe even healthy, at least if it is real. This is a reason why I see! Finally I thought fish oil like B vitamins was for the brain (though it also has heart effects and now I know helps adrenals too!)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I always thought something may be off with my adrenals, but after reading this article, I can see I already take most of the recommendations. I get my Vitamin C from lemon shakes, I mix in Bioflavinoids (from bitter orange). On separate days, I take a yogurt based B complex smoothie. I also take licorice alongside this as it goes well with B vitamins. It goes well with ginseng as well, so all get mixed together in the mornings before a workout. Astragalus and Siberian Ginseng are taken at other times to calm down in the evenings. Valerian, St. johns wort as well for calm nights. Echinacea, if sick.]]></description>
