      <description><![CDATA[I love how this blast from the past is still relevant!
B12 was and is a great trend because given variable amounts present in animal foods, it is something that both plant-based eaters and omnivores need to be mindful of. D3 is another great one since sunscreen blocks out the Vitamin along with cancer-causing rays. As for whey protein, whey is a byproduct and so it is actually very sustainable as well as good for boosting athletic gains (one note here, though is that demand is rising quickly and may eclipse the amount generated as a byproduct if it becomes too high so plant based protein is more sustainable as a result).]]></description>
