Rice flour can be tough to cook with. I have had quite a few kitchen challenges with it as it can easily become "goopy" and "sticky". Combining it with chickpea flour is simply brilliant given the natural structure and binding properties of chickpea flour. I never thought of combining the two and am now angry that I ate up my rice flour quickly in less than optimal recipes to use it up before I lost the motivation to. Haha, now I might have to actually go out and buy more rice flour to try this one out, NN! :)

Hello,

This flatbread recipe is delicious and so easy to make. It also pairs well with this dip recipe:

I love this idea for gluten-free flatbread! I find it can be hard to find gluten-free bread that I really enjoy so knowing how to make your own is a great idea and a fun activity to do as well. I love that this recipe only takes a few minutes of preparation and then it goes into the oven to bake. It looks delicious as well and if you make them into smaller pieces before baking them you can have smaller "chip" like pieces that you can use to dip in a nice homemade sauce! Thank you for sharing this :)!
