      <description><![CDATA[This recipe from the raspberry should have a delightful and sweet tartness (awesome pairing this with vanilla &amp; stevia!) as well as a wonderful, romantic color. I would love to add white chocolate as that sounds like a decandant flavor profile for a healthy and nourishing smoothie. This recipe feels very Valentine's to me...or rather Valentine's! I think I will be wanting to treat myself to this one, NN: it's simple and self care in quite a few ways :)]]></description>

Sometimes in the mornings I can be so rushed or not feeling very hungry so having a pre-made breakfast already made and ready to grab and go makes things so much easier and helps to make sure that you are not skipping meals.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I love smoothies in the morning but I hate the cleanup and sometimes just the thought of taking the blender out is enough for me to say forget it! This is such a great way around it because it is overnight raspberry oat smoothies so you can prepare it at night and have something quick and easy to grab in the morning!
